All about the Role

Peterborough City Council is transforming the way it manages the repairs and maintenance of its leased and owned properties. The Voids Officers will work with our Housing Standards, Housing Needs, and Property Management colleagues to ensure repairs, planned maintenance, cyclical works and compliance services are all seamlessly delivered.

All about You

We are looking for an organised and highly motivated individual with experience working in a housing or housing management field to join our busy front-line team. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and be able to process complex financial information.

All about our Team

The Housing Standards team sits within Regulatory Services. The team manages property disrepair complaints, residential licensing, mobile home site licensing, tenancy support, and other residential enforcement. The Regulatory Services remit includes trading standards, pollution control, health and safety, food safety, and licensing functions.
