We are looking for a dynamic, committed and passionate individual who is dedicated to improving people’s lives, working alongside other professional colleagues to promote the principles of personalisation, encouraging independence, choice and opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a problem solving and positive attitude alongside knowledge and/or experience of the needs of vulnerable adults. Working knowledge and experience of the Care Act & Eligibility Criteria and Mental Capacity Act.
