We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our friendly team and work closely with our qualified Occupational Therapists to set short-term Reablement goals and provide client-focused interventions.
 
With our client’s wellbeing, safety and independence as your priority you will work with them to achieve independence with daily activities. You will provide them with information on home adaptations and repairs to improve housing conditions.
 
Your key eye for detail will see you maintaining accurate records and documentation. In your favourite contact list will be Health and social care professionals, medical professionals and other related organizations, as you will be dealing with these daily.
 
As you will be visiting clients at their homes in the community, as well as working here at Sand Martin house, you mut hold a Full UK Driving License.
