The inspectorate team described “a powerful sense of purpose within the team and an impressive balance....between the sometimes conflicting demands of meeting children’s needs and managing the risk of harm to others that can result from negative behaviours.” This excellent outcome is testament to the dedication and commitment to young people by the team who continue to set high standards and work to further develop existing areas of practice.
