Does this sound like your ideal next employer? If so, read on to see if you could be a fit.
You have prior experience supporting a workforce development team, using your understanding of relevant legislation, national guidelines and how they impact an organisation, to advise line managers.
You have a good understanding of (and keep up to date with) relevant legislation, national guidelines, and how these could affect your organisation.
You love problem solving and use data to help you make logical, well-balanced and reasoned arguments, in addition to presenting them in a focused, constructive and clear way.
Your experience working with projects and understanding of project management tools and processes - combined with your strong self-motivation - helps you to prioritise and manage your time efficiently and deliver to tight deadlines.
This is a hybrid role so during a normal week you will sit in our modern, purpose-built city centre home at least twice a week (which has cathedral, river and green space views), giving you the opportunity to maximise face-to-face time with your team and the managers you support, whilst keeping work-life balance.
There is also the flexibility for you to complete your work hours around school runs, or other responsibilities and you will be able to discuss this with your line manager. Hear more about that here.
As part of the growing, forward-thinking team at PCC, you will help drive a positive impact on the lives of over 215,000 people in what is now the second-fastest growing City in the United Kingdom.
