We are aiming to recruit a full time Waking Night Supervisor and part time Waking Night Supervisor who has an interest in working with a group of vulnerable children/young women who require intense support. The work is both rewarding and challenging with good outcomes for the young women. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your work. This post is for working at night as part of a team on a rota basis. Requirements/Skills • An ability to work flexibly including weekends and bank holidays. • Experience of working with children/young people. • A commitment to undertake training to assist you with your role. • An enthusiasm to engage the children in therapeutic work. • Due to this excellent career opportunity and the importance of this role in changing children’s lives, the interview process will take half a day to ensure we are both making the right choice.
