The Passenger Transport Operations Team manages all aspects of the day to day transport operations for education, children’s social care. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and excellent customer care skills to work within the Passenger Transport Operations Team to deliver these transport services.
As a Transport Officer you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the day to day transport arrangements. This involves processing applications in line with the School Transport Policy and Post 16 Transport Partnership Policy to determine whether students are eligible for transport; procure and arrange required transport provision; process and action transport requests for children’s social care; schedule Children’s Social Care transport on bespoke scheduling software.
