We are seeking to recruit for an enthusiastic, motivated team player who is willing to commit to a career in building control and undertake a varied range of technical tasks.
Duties will include initial assessment of building regulation applications and assisting with site inspections to ensure works on site comply with prescribed technical standards and approved details.
You must be computer literate with the ability to adapt various software packages, able to work under pressure, use your own initiative and be able to work as a member of a team.
You will be customer focussed with demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills
