We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Team Manager to join us at this exciting time for our Corporate Parenting Service. This role will be within the Corporate Parenting Service developing a new team working with our Care Experienced children and young people including those who are Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children.

You will be in at the start of our improvement journey and will be fully involved with our experienced and supportive management team in shaping and developing our Children in Care and Leaving Care Service to make it the best it can be.

As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team in a therapeutically informed and relational approach to be ambitious for our young people and tenacious in our efforts to fully engage them all in the individualised support we offer to them. You will work closely with other Team Managers in the Corporate Parenting Service.

You will be

· A qualified and registered social worker with experience of managing staff

- Able to demonstrate experience of leading a team with regards ambitious pathway planning.

· Able to demonstrate evidence of experience of safeguarding and applying thresholds for intervention

Your leadership of your team and your engagement with partner agencies is informed by values of collaboration, respect and integrity · You bring a young person centred approach to service delivery.
