We are aiming to recruit a Team leader on Nights who has an interest in working with a group of vulnerable children/young people who require intense support.
The work is both rewarding and challenging with good outcomes for the young People. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your work. You will need to be able to confidently manage risk at night within a small staff team and provide support to colleagues.
Night enhancement is applicable to this role
Requirements/Skills
• An ability to work flexibly including weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience of working with children/young people.
• A commitment to undertake training to assist you with your role.
• An enthusiasm to engage the children in therapeutic work.
• Ability to manage risky situations
• Able to supervise and support other members of the Night team.
• An understand of the difficulties that young people often face in night time
hours.
