Peterborough Sensory Support Service
The Sensory Support Service within the Peterborough’s SEN & Inclusion Service is looking for a Teacher of the Deaf to support children/young people with hearing impairment in mainstream educational settings across the Local Authority. You will be responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of teaching interventions that will increase access to the curriculum and raise the achievement of local children and young people with a hearing impairment. You will also work with the Sensory Support Service to share advice and train others to develop each individual’s language, as well as their social and emotional wellbeing.
