Do you have experience in a service desk environment or a system support team?

We require a business systems support officer to work in a small support team, ideally with knowledge of the Liquidlogic social care and early help system.

The team are the main knowledge base and point of support for a large number of staff using our social care systems. They must work to strict processes, but flex their knowledge to arrive at the correct solution.

High attention to detail is necessary
Requirements;
- Provide high quality day-to-day support and advice to users via phone & email
- To be the first point of contact and triage for system support and administration
- To ensure that all helpdesk calls are logged and monitored on the internal management system.
- Knowledge of user account administration
- Manage daily scheduled tasks, like report generation or data management
- Liaising with 3rd party support providers
- High attention to detail
- Must be a team player and able to work on own initiative

Skills and Experience required;
- Good understanding of MS office products
