Further information

We require an experienced Frameworki support officer with 1 years extensive experience and knowledge of the frameworki system.

- Provide high quality day-to-day support and advice to users via phone & email
- To be the first point of contact for Capita One system support and administration
- To ensure that all helpdesk calls are logged and monitored on the internal support tool.
- Knowledge of user account administration
- Manage daily scheduled business object reports
- Deliver ad-hoc training for end users
- Liaising with 3rd party support providers
- Must be a team player and able to work on own initiative

Skills and Experience required;
- Knowledge of Citrix environment
- Good understanding of MS office or Google Suite
