Peterborough Adult Social Care currently have some great opportunities for Social Workers to join them. We have vacancies within the Community long term team and our Hospital based Team.We work in a person-centred way to improve the lives of our service users and carers in the community. The main responsibilities of the post are enablement, assessment and review, safeguarding vulnerable adults and supporting vulnerable adults and their carers in the community.
Applicants should have a Social Work qualification. Experience of working with adults is essential along with knowledge of current legislation and a good understanding of person centred approach.
