We are looking for an inspirational, skilled and diplomatic person to continue managing our work with diverse communities, and to help develop our strategies and plans, and oversee their delivery, to tackle social immobility and inequalities. This is a very special role, based in a city blessed with some amazing partnerships across multiple sectors and communities, and a city with incredible opportunities but also very real challenges.

You will have first-hand and recent experience of working with communities from multiple backgrounds, of developing good relationships with leaders, of problem solving complex or sensitive issues, and of looking for and grabbing opportunities to improve long term outcomes for citizens and organisations.

Your experience is more important than your academic background: we are looking for dynamism and creativity, and the ability to convert that into work that makes a very real difference.
