The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing additional classroom support to learners and will have experience of working with learners with a wide range of different learning support needs
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Establish effective working relationships with learners
• Be pro-active and effecting is providing learning support
• Work effectively with tutors to ensure the level of challenge is appropriate for all learners
• Where appropriate advocate and mediate on behalf of young people
