Cambridgeshire County Council’s integrated front door team are looking for a qualified Service Manager to lead an exciting and varied service which encompasses the MASH, the Emergency Duty Service (Adults and Children) and the Missing, Exploited and Trafficked Hub (MET Hub) and is based in Godmanchester, Huntingdonshire.
As a Service Manager, you will be working at the forefront of best practice, playing a major role in delivering, managing, developing, monitoring and reviewing the ongoing implementation of the Council’s strategy for vulnerable children, adults and families. This operational role will drive performance in MASH, develop and improve partnership arrangements, focus on delivering high quality interventions within the emergency duty service and develop the work undertaken by the MET Hub.
The successful applicant will require excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of social work and partnership working and be highly motivated and able to work autonomously under the direction of the Head of Service.
We can offer you a recently upgraded, competitive salary rate of between £58,893.00 and £63,575.00.
