Further Information
Doctor Seuss once wrote “the more that you read, the more things you will know, the more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”
This is the power of Education; it is a vehicle that can take anyone to anywhere, with the right roadmap and driving conditions.
For this reason, it is vital that the best opportunities to learn and grow are always made available to our children and young people, within an environment where they feel safe and supported — so they have the chance to reach all the places they want and deserve to get to.
Are you the compassionate, inspiring, and motivational educationalist to lead the systems, structures, processes - and most importantly the people – to make this happen? Read on to see if you could be a fit.
You may have worked at a senior level within education, either within a school or local authority setting and are now looking for an opportunity to lead the wider education system at a strategic level.
The initiatives you have led have resulted in improved outcomes for children and young people at school — you may have taken-on a failing school, or inherited a school where attendance was poor.
Describing your leadership qualities, your colleagues use words like compassionate, inspirational, motivational, resilient and innovator; always striving for continuous improvement and adept at finding more efficient ways of working whilst still driving satisfaction.
When needed, you have been able to step up into a more senior director role, providing support and guidance as their deputy.
You pride yourself on building and supporting strong relationships within your organisation, but also externally with key stakeholders in a variety of sectors, including your local community.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with an interest in improving outcomes for young people and a strong commitment to inclusion and the SEND agenda.
