We need an enthusiastic and driven leader for a small IT team delivering support to social care business systems.
You will have broad technical knowledge of how business systems are delivered to the users, whether that’s from a local network or cloud and hosted services. Having experience in this field will help you liaise with our infrastructure partner or suppliers, and be the link between your support team, the supplier and the service.
Chair: Chris Stromberg
Ideally you will have knowledge of social care to help understand the importance of these highly sensitive and critical services, but experience in a similar field of criticality will suffice.
Having an understanding of projects and their impact on ‘business as usual’ will be an advantage.
You will be able to take responsibility for the team, be an excellent communicator at all levels and be able to effectively manage your time and the time of the team.
