You will be supported by experienced, permanent managers and knowledgeable staff to drive forward our vision together. The role of a supervising social worker is unique in providing the opportunity to build professional relationships with fostering families, the children, and young people they care for and all the professionals involved in supporting the care arrangements.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for developing positive working relationships with foster carers and the children they care for; providing them with regular supervision and support to empower them in their fostering role.
