Are you a successful Senior Project Manager who has successfully managed and delivered a range of complex and high-profile projects within the Property/Regeneration sector? Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for placemaking and inclusive growth?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex capital projects. You will work from project inception to completion. Your work will cover feasibility, business case development, instructing surveys and undertaking stakeholder engagement through to the commissioning of professional consultant teams and overseeing delivery. You will have a strong track record in capital project delivery and property with an up to date and applied knowledge of project management including planning, procurement, contract management and monitoring and evaluation.

You will be an excellent communicator, with considerable experience in stakeholder management and partnership working and a good negotiator with a strong understanding of the property market as well as local and national policy and strategy including the drive to net zero. You will be able to plan and prioritise work programmes effectively in the face of competing demands.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the delivery of capital regeneration projects;

We are looking for someone with
• Proven delivery track record across the RIBA life cycle in client environments or in consultancy environment fulfilling the client function
• Professional training, membership of relevant professional body or equivalent experience as senior project manager
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building effective working relationships with a range of partners and stakeholders
• Experience in procuring and leading consultants and contractors
• Knowledge of construction, public realm, and property projects
• Enthusiastic, have a flexible approach and be a team player

Previous experience of working within a local authority environment would be an advantage.
