Peterborough City Council is looking to recruit a Senior Analyst for an 18 month fixed term post to support the recently launched Government’s Green Paper on Integration Strategy.

Integrated Communities Senior Analyst
Grade 10 (£31,371- £34,788
pa)

Reporting to the City Intelligence lead, you will lead upon the research, monitoring and evaluation requirements across a suite of projects that will promote integration, reduce inequalities and change ways of working.

As Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across the whole Programme to ensure delivery of a broad range of strategic objectives and outcomes by thinking innovatively and creatively to identify alternative ways of delivering outcomes in line with cross-programme objectives. Specifically supporting the delivery of the following functions:

? Management & performance information
? Research support for programme delivery
? Enabling Evidence led, data driven decision making
? Forecasting future Integration needs based on demographic and demand trends
? Advising project and theme leads on key areas for performance improvement
? Developing analysis to support the effective delivery of outcomes
? Work closely with colleagues from MHCLG evaluation and monitoring teams and wider programme related research stakeholders
