This role will support senior managers and departments to report on their HR and Workforce statistics. If you have experience of HR reporting, ONS surveys and local government this could be the next step in your career.

This Senior Information Analyst will work as a specialist with strong experience of HR and Workforce reporting to deliver a broad range of PCC and Partnership strategic objectives and outcomes, including delivery of the information requirements around gender pay gap and ONS quarterly reporting.

The post-holder will work closely with departmental senior managers to monitor their sickness, case management and agency rates and improve outcomes in line with cross-Council and partnership objectives.

Successful applicants will have a thorough understanding of the environment in which local government operates including relevant legislative frameworks.

You will need to have In-depth knowledge of reporting and analytical tools alongside knowledge of statistical analysis, advanced Excel, database manipulation and reporting. Experience with Cognos or Business objects and resorcelink would be advantageous.
