Come and join Peterborough Children’s Services which is being led by a new Director with high aspirations for our children and young people. You will be a key member of our highly regarded School Improvement Team and will be focusing on contributing to the planning and delivery of our traded CPD programme. The role is predominantly within the Primary Phase, however there will be opportunities for cross-phase working to support our priority to improve educational outcomes across all phases. Secure knowledge of the EYFS would be desirable.
As a highly motivated School Improvement Adviser, you will be providing support and challenge to school leaders to help secure improvements to the quality of education pupils receive and the outcomes they achieve.
