Working within SEN & Inclusion Services, you will identify, challenge and assess existing business processes and requirements using a range of business analysis and change management techniques, effectively documenting findings.
You will also develop proposals for the resolution of service problems, ensuring best practice and continual improvement of delivery within the Inclusion Services, and developing effective inter-service collaboration.
You will be required to produce, share and review a range of KPI and performance reports from systems and other sources for the relevant Heads of Services. Analyse and monitor business data to provide improved service planning, trend identification and performance data in relation to special educational needs and will require a working knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice to underpin this work.
