We require a full time Residential worker and relief residential workers on nights. The role is to provide care and support throughout the night for young people including; assisting with the settling the service at night, responding promptly to calls for assistance while respecting the privacy and dignity of young people, assist in the delivery of care plans and to maintain regular checks on the young people as directed by risk assessments. Our young people have experienced trauma and have complex needs. You should be resilient, caring and with a sense of humour. You will be required to undertake NVQ 3 during the day if you do not have this already. This is a night only rolling rota pattern covering weekends, bank holidays etc
