Clare Lodge is a 16 bedded all female secure childrens home in Glinton, Peterborough. We have an exciting opportunity for Residential Workers to join our expanding service. The successful applicant may have had experience of working with young people in a variety of ways or may have transferrable skills from other roles. Do you have experience of working with autism or pregnant young people or young people preparing for independence? Are you looking for a new challenge in your life, do you wish to try and make a difference to help a young person achieve success in their own life? You will act in a keyworker role, be able to manage challenging behaviour and learn how to manage risk. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate resilliance, flexibility and stamina. Good interpersonal skills are vital as interactions with a range of professionals, parents and colleagues will also be necessary. This is a rewarding position with opportunities for training and development.
