Clare Lodge is a 16 bedded all female secure childrens' home in Glinton, Peterborough. We have an exciting opportunity for Residential Workers to join our expanding service. The successful applicant may have had experience of working with young people in a variety of ways or may have transferable skills from other roles.

Are you looking for a new challenge in your life, do you wish to try and make a difference to help a young person achieve success in their own life? You will act in a key-worker role, be able to manage challenging behavior and learn how to manage risk.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate resilience, flexibility and stamina. Good interpersonal skills are vital as interactions with a range of professionals, parents and colleagues will also be necessary. We will be having open evenings so any interested individuals can come to a presentation on the role and the service.
