Clare Lodge Secure Children’s Home is expanding

Clare Lodge is a secure residential home for young people (all female) on the outskirts of Peterborough, owned and managed by Peterborough City Council.

Clare Lodge has a significant reputation as one of the leading residential homes in the UK providing high quality care to young people. We are looking for day staff (early & late rota system), waking night staff and relief staff.

• Are you 21 +, with a mature outlook, looking for a job that will make a difference to young people’s lives?

• Do you want a change in career and have good communication skills along with an ability to care and nurture?
OR
• Are you already working with young people and want to bring your knowledge and experience to the young people placed here?

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

• A commitment to making a difference to young people’s lives
• The ability to inspire and encourage young people
