Relief Residential Worker Nights Grade 7 – Clare Lodge Secure Childrens’ Home
Clare Lodge is a 16 bedded all female secure childrens home in Glinton, Peterborough.
We have an exciting opportunity for Relief Residential workers (Nights) to join our expanding service. The successful applicant may have had experience of working with young people in a variety of ways or may have transferable skills from other roles particularly at night.
The role is to cover for holidays, sickness and when additional support is needed at night. Are you looking for a new challenge in your life, do you wish to try and make a difference to help a young person achieve success in their own life? We are looking for people who have an interest in working with a group of vulnerable children/young women who require support on an as and when required basis
The work is both rewarding and challenging with good outcomes for the young people. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your work.
