e need motivated and committed Club Leaders at CamPlay Holiday, Saturday and Community clubs; we are based right across the county.
We are specifically looking for workers to join our team who are willing to work in the Cambridge area.
CamPlay run Holiday clubs in Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon, March, St Neots and Wisbech, Saturday clubs in Chatteris, Ely, March, Whittlesey, Wisbech, St Neots and Cambridge and Community clubs from Wisbech, March and Huntingdon.
It’ll be your job to enthusiastically lead and supervise a group of staff, this might include having to use your skills to negotiate and to resolve all types of issues that can arise.
CamPlay is busy but it’s also a supportive team and there are lots of people around you who will step in and help you out if you need it.
As the Club Leader, you will need to lead and drive the team to make sure that they are giving the young people the best experiences at CamPlay, making them want to come back time and time again.
It’s really important to us at CamPlay that the team encourages the young people to join in and to do as much for themselves as they can, and it’s you as the Club Leader that need to make sure that staff are doing this.
Creativity will come naturally to you and this skill will mean that you plan and create exciting opportunities for our young people.
We would like you to have worked with disabled children and young people before and you will have chance to take part in our excellent training programme to develop yourself.
It’s a busy place to be at CamPlay however, working within our supportive team, you will enjoy your work with us and feel a real sense of achievement on the way home!
Even though you might want to work now and again so you can fit this in with another job or college and university courses, we like you to feel a part of the team so you will be invited to Team Meetings and Group Supervisions to make sure you are keeping up to date with the latest developments.
It’s really important to us at CamPlay to make sure that our children are kept safe and safeguarding children is an important part of this job.
