As a Support Worker in our Reablement Team, you will be helping individuals to regain their independence after illness or injury, allowing them to live independently in their own homes. You will be working independently, visiting clients in their homes within the community and will be delivering client care in line with their identified goal/care plan. You will be supporting clients with everyday tasks such as food and meal preparation, toileting support, catheter care, personal care and other daily activities.
The requirements for this role are a full UK driving licence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for working with the public and a desire to help others. Paid Mileage rate and variable working hours
We have various vacancies available, ranging from full-time to part-time hours. If full-time, the shift pattern can include split shifts between 07:30 and 22:00, seven days a week. The role also provides flexible shift patterns, with the option to work only two days every other week. Evening only positions are also available.
