We have an exciting opportunity for Reablement Support Workers to join our team. Your role will be to visit clients in their homes and support and encourage their return to a level of independence appropriate for their needs. You will need good verbal and written communication skills, previous experience of health/social care delievered services, along with the ability to problem solve using your own initiative.
In return we can offer regular supervision, ongoing training and a strong supportive team.
You will be required to work a 7 day fortnight shift pattern, with the following hours available:
2 x 16 hpw working 17.30 - 22.00
1 x 28 hpw working 07.30 - 13.00 & 16.00 - 18.30
1 x 30 hpw working 07.30 - 13.00 & 17.00 - 20.00
1 x 26 hpw working 08.00 - 13.00 & 17.00 - 19.30
2 x 26 hpw working 07.00 - 15.00
