18 hours per week = £8,601 - £9,180, 26 hours per week = £12,424 - 13,260, 28 hours per week = £13,380 - £14,280
Weekly Hours:
2 x 18 Hours per week, 2 x 26 Hours per week, 1 x 28 Hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for Reablement support workers to join our team. Your role will be to visit clients in their homes and support and encourage their return to a level of independence appropriate for their needs. You will need good verbal and written communication skills, previous experience of health/social care delivered services, along with the ability to problem solve using your own intuitive.
We can offer full training with formal qualifications in health & social care, regular supervision, and the support of your team.
You will be required to work the following 7 day fortnight shift pattern:
Week 1 Mon (Day off) Tues (Day off) Weds (Day off) Thurs Work Fri (Work)
Sat (Day off) Sun (Day off)
Week 2 Mon (Work) Tues (Work) Weds (Work) Thurs (Day off) Fri (Day off)
Sat (Work) Sun (Work)

26 hpw (split shift) working 08.00 - 13.00 and 17.00 - 19.30
26 hpw 07:00 - 15:00
28 hpw (split shift) working 07.00 - 13.00 and 17.30 - 19.30
