We have an exciting opportunity for Reablement support workers to join our team. Your role will be to visit clients in their homes and support and encourage their return to a level of independence appropriate for their needs. You will need good verbal and written communication skills, previous experience of health/social care delivered services, along with the ability to problem solve using your own intuitive.
In return we can offer regular supervision, ongoing training and a strong supportive team.
You will be required to work a 7 day fortnight shift pattern, the following hours are available:
26hpw – 07.00 – 15.00
26hpw x 2 – 3 way split – 07.00-10.00/12.00-14.00/16.00-18.30
25hpw – 07.00 – 14.45
16hpw – 17.30 – 22.00
