An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property specialist to join the property lawyers in our busy Growth and Regeneration team. The role includes commercial and residential transactions, including complicated high value and locally significant development projects as well as working with colleagues in education and adult social care. There is also the opportunity to become involved in the newly created Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority. Good organisational and IT skills are necessary. Previous experience in working with educational land desirable. Opportunities are available for agile working, flexi time and job share together with a generous holiday and pension package.

Peterborough City Council Legal Services is a forward thinking legal team also providing advice to Rutland and Fenland councils and the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire combined authority. We are looking for a number of individuals to grow our property and planning teams. Experience in local government is not essential for the right candidate.
Currently based in the town centre, we will soon relocate to a new and purpose built office with outstanding views across the river Nene, just a short walk from the town centre. As an agile workforce there are opportunities to locate with colleagues and clients as well as working from home.
