We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and forward thinking leader to manage a high performing shared service Environmental Health, Food and Health and Safety Team.
With significant experience in the field you will lead and develop a highly motivated team, tackling the challenges presented and the opportunities resulting from managing service delivery in both a city and rural location.
You will be an integral part of a wider Regulatory Services management team being responsible for the shared service delivery of your team across both Peterborough and Rutland.
We are looking to maintain the services reputation for high standards, as recognised by national award bodies. If you are excited about the prospect of not only managing the delivery of regulatory compliance functions, but exploring commercial and other shared service opportunities, while continually improving and developing service delivery, then this post could be for you.
You will be based in Peterborough and will undertake some regulatory activities in addition to your managerial role.
