The Portage Home Visitor will have responsibility for delivering Portage educational programmes to children 0-5 years, with a wide range of disabilities and additional support needs; working collaboratively with parents/carers to achieve positive outcomes for children.

You will have the ability to work in partnership with families, stakeholder agencies and colleagues.
You will have excellent report-writing skills and an ability to set accurate targets.
You will also have an understanding of the Portage approach, however, formal Portage training will be provided.
