 Perhaps you’re currently in a role in which writing, implementing, monitoring, and updating policies and procedures are just part of your day to day?

 Your influencing and communication skills are spot on and you’re confident to deliver training to a variety of audiences?

 Yes? You may just be who we are looking for to join children’s services as our new Children’s Services Policy Lead!

 This is a newly created role here at PCC and you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks, such as;

 Researching and understanding new legislations and guidance and working with senior leaders on what this means for Peterborough.
Writing new Policies and procedure to a high standard.
Updating current policies and procedures and managing these on our policy library.

Holding focus groups and delivering training, workshops, and presentations to communicate and inform staff of new and updated policies.

Working with teams across children’s services to ensure that the policies and procedures continuously meet service requirement.

 This is an exciting and varied role, working with a number of different teams, to contribute to our ongoing efforts to ensure that the children in our local community are at the heart of everything we do!
