The council is delighted to be able to offer an opportunity for a motivated manager with a passion for parking to join our Service.

The successful applicant will undertake a range of functions associated with the operational management and provision of on and off- street parking facilities, including responsibility for the council’s resident, visitor, and business permit scheme. You will be responsible for planning any necessary capital works in our car parks, as well as ensuring best value from parking related contracts, and tendering for new contracts where required. You will maintain the councils parking policy and ensure up to date customer focused information is provided on the councils website.

You will work closely with colleagues across the council, our external partners and external service providers to facilitate the delivery of high quality parking services across the city.

You will be based in Peterborough, a fast growing vibrant multi-cultural city. As a council we embrace flexible working and have recently relocated to a purpose built building within the city, creating a fantastic new working environment.
