Further Information
Are you a qualified occupational therapist looking for a new rewarding development opportunity? If so, our innovative Reablement team may have the role for you.

Our therapy led service provides holistic assessments within a client’s home to promote independence, wellbeing and choice. To do so, we follow a collaborative goal setting approach with our clients and utilise the latest assistive technology to achieve the best possible outcomes.

We have established a close alliance working with multidisciplinary teams across the organisation, the NHS and neighbouring local authorities and as such we are not only able to collectively offer exceptional care to our clients, we can also offer excellent training, support and development with your career.

Based in Sand Martin House on the contemporary Fletton Quay’s development in Peterborough, as a team we pride ourselves on actively encouraging opportunities for service development and innovation where occupational therapy is at the forefront of many initiatives.

Here’s what some of our current occupational therapists have to say about the service:

"This is a fast paced service that will progress your competencies in assessment and goal setting, as well as challenge you with a variety of cases."

"As a Reablement Occupational Therapist you will work together a strong and experienced team to progress clients towards their tailored goals."

• 24 days holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays (pro rata)
• 30p mileage
• Ongoing Training & Career development
• £350 Refer a friend scheme
