We are aiming to recruit a Full Time Night Residential worker and a Relief (Part-Time) Night Residential worker who have an interest in working with a group of vulnerable children/young people.

They require intense support because of their complex needs. The work is both rewarding and challenging with good outcomes for the young people. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your work. You will be able to work co-operatively in a small team supporting your colleagues, managing risky situations, being calm and nurturing. You should be aware of the particular issues that may arise for young people at night and be sensitive to these.

• An ability to work flexibly including weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience of working with children/young people.
• A commitment to undertake training to assist you with your role.
• An enthusiasm to engage the children in therapeutic work.
