We are now recruiting to the 2022 cohort of Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSW) in their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough for Children’s services.

We have vacancies throughout Peterborough and Cambridgeshire in our Assessment, Family Safeguarding and Corporate Parenting Teams, where you will be challenged and supported in developing your core social work skills with vulnerable children and families.

We offer an excellent package of support for NQSWs, building a strong foundation to your professional social work career, including:

• High quality, regular individual and group supervision
• A structured training programme mapped to the KSS
• Action Learning Sets to help you translate your knowledge and skills into live practice
• Support from a dedicated ASYE co-ordinator during your first year in employment, alongside your manager and ASYE assessor
