Following the success of our current cohort of social workers moving through their ASYE year we are now in a position to recruit our next group of newly qualified social workers to join our Children’s Social Care department. We have had an exciting year with a number of new initiatives. Growth in the 0-25 Disability service with this now being made up of 2 teams 0-14 and 15-25. The Family Safeguarding service has implemented the new model in having adult workers sitting in social care teams working alongside social care colleagues and the management group is now entirely permanent staff which makes a difference to providing consistency to staff.
