City College Peterborough is expanding the curriculum offer resulting in new opportunities and new openings to come and work with young people that are on the autistic spectrum. We are seeking dynamic and passionate people for multi-skilled positions.
As a tutor in these new roles, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our learners.
This exciting role will involve you to plan and deliver engaging lessons and enrichment courses across a range of levels in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner, supporting learners to achieve their full potential in a positive and engaging learning environment.
You need to be an experienced, self-motivated, and confident tutor to deliver high-quality teaching and learning within our study programme provision, on a term time only basis (37 hours per week plus 2 weeks).
The ability to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons to all students at City College Peterborough is paramount. All the staff are dedicated to education, training, skills, and putting people first. People are at the heart of everything we do.
The job role will also include contributing to the continued development of the department, providing tutorial support for learners, and carrying out the associated administrative tasks connected with the position.
Whilst we continue to welcome applications from experienced teaching professionals, teaching experience is not essential. We will be delighted to support the professional development of individuals who are passionate about the industry, have excellent subject knowledge, and a desire to join the education profession.
