We have a great opportunity based at City College Peterborough for a Multi Skilled Tutor to become a key member of our Motor Vehicle department.

As a tutor in Motor Vehicle, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our learners.

This exciting role will involve you to plan and deliver Motor Vehicle courses across a range of levels in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner, supporting learners achieve their full potential in a positive and engaging learning environment. You need to be experienced, self-motivated and confident tutor to deliver high quality teaching and learning within our study programme provision, on a term time only basis (37 hours per week).

The ability to plan, prepare and deliver high quality lessons to all students at city college Peterborough is paramount. All the staff are dedicated to education, training, skills and putting people first. People are at the heart of everything we do.

The job role will also include contributing to the continued development of the Department, providing tutorial support for learners, and carrying out the associated administrative tasks connected with the position.

The successful candidate will need to be vocationally qualified to at least Level 3 in Motor Vehicle repair and be able to demonstrate in depth subject knowledge.

Whilst we continue to welcome applications from experienced teaching professionals, teaching experience is not essential. We will be delighted to support the professional development of individuals who are passionate about the Industry, have excellent subject knowledge and a desire to join the education profession.

The successful candidate will be required to:
? Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in Motor Vehicle
? Multi- skilled teaching ability
? Establish effective working relationships with young people
? Monitor, support and record learner progress
? Provide innovative and stimulating training
? Work as part of a team to achieve timely results
