A lawyer who will assist with litigation work to support the Council’s enforcement policies and Rutland County Council, our shared service partner. Working within a litigation environment you will demonstrate a sound understanding of criminal litigation and civil litigation procedures and local government law. You will work with the client team, senior officers and members to ensure that the Council delivers its functions accordingly.
