The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing additional classroom support to learners and will have experience of working with learners with a wide range of different learning support needs
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Establish effective working relationships with learner/s
• Undertake the role of Teaching Assistant inside of the classroom in order to provide high quality support to adult learner
• Be pro-active and effecting is providing all aspects of learning support
• Work effectively with tutors to ensure the level of challenge is appropriate for the learner/s
