Further Information

The ideal candidates will have good knowledge of processes which support learners’ personal and social development and have experience supporting and mentoring young people
The successful candidates will be required to:

Establish effective working relationships with young people
Provided targeted support to learners in response to emerging achievement gap analysis
Provide mentoring support for an agreed case load
Advocate and mediate on behalf of young people and where appropriate liaise with tutors on their behalf
This position is working with 16-24-year-old Learners
