An opportunity has arisen for a Land Charges Assistant to join our busy Land Charges team.
If you are able to manage conflicting priorities and a busy caseload, with an attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service this is the role for you. A good level of IT proficiency will be required. Previous experience in a land charges setting would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
We will shortly be relocating to the Council’s new and purpose built office in Fletton Quays with the regenerated site enjoying a prestigious location and outstanding views across the river Nene, still just a short walk from the town centre.
